This group is designed for survivors of trauma, including family violence, sexual assault, refugees, or childhood trauma, whether you’re currently in therapy or not.
Each week offers a calm, structured session focused on gentle mindfulness and breathwork practices to help regulate your nervous system and reconnect with safety in the present moment.
